7. Regular disclosure of data
Personal data is not normally disclosed to third parties without the consent of the data subject. Only anonymous website usage data may be processed via Plausible Analytics to analyze website usage.
8. Duration of processing
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to process inquiries, but no longer than 12 months. Anonymous website usage data is stored in the Plausible Analytics service according to the provider’s schedule and cannot be linked to identifiable individuals.
9. Personal data processors
The personal data processors are the data controller and its employees, as well as Plausible Analytics, which processes only anonymous website usage data to analyse website performance.
10. Transferring data outside the EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or European Economic Area. Website usage analytics data is processed within the EU on Plausible Analytics servers.
11. Automatic decision-making and profiling
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
